The former hall clinic of the birthplace is an old building from 1912. 22 loft flats of various sizes were built into it by the housing factory. A special feature of the apartments are the high room heights of approx. 4.5 metres. In addition to the flats, the building also houses commercial premises and a café on the ground floor.
