our origins.
A Wohnfabrik home is a home with roots. These go back decades – to the successful Zurbrügg Immobilien AG, which originally operated as a traditional construction company. Under the name Wohnfabrik, we have been realizing and marketing loft apartments for over 20 years – and writing our own successful story.
In 1999, the first project “Wohnfabrik 1” with 20 residential units was built on the former factory site of the construction company Erstlingswerk. Other projects in Switzerland as well as international ones soon followed. Here are some of the highlights:
